Identity design for the Recruitment & Payroll sector.
The Brief:
Pay Australia is a payroll and advisory service. They needed a brand that balanced two tricky things: looking friendly enough to approach, but professional enough to trust with your money.
The Solution:
I created a modular identity system that moved away from the "stuffy suit" look of traditional finance. By pairing a vibrant colour palette with a solid, structured typeface, the new brand feels modern and human.
The System:
Beyond just a logo, I built a complete toolkit for the client. This included a responsive logo suite, a comprehensive style guide, and a set of "foolproof" Microsoft Word templates so their internal team could produce on-brand documents without needing a designer.
Logo Suite
A responsive logo family designed to stay legible at any scale, from large signage to mobile app icons.
The Style Guide
I established a clear set of guidelines for typography, colour codes, and spacing. This acts as the "single source of truth" to keep the brand consistent.
The Templates & Stationery
I built a suite of editable Microsoft Word and Powerpoint templates, empowering the client to create proposals and contracts that look professional and on brand every time.
Digital Presence
Extending the visual language to social media and digital platforms.
